In the past 6 months, there have been so many new senior hires and they've taken a great deal of interest in helping SDRs and preparing them for the next step in their career. Every SDR and manager has there own uniqueness and will go above and beyond to try and make you as successful as possible in the role. When you hear about the culture being great, Contentsquare blows it out of the water. Open bars, in person events at amazing venues, and trips to Europe when everything is back to normal. I really can't stress how amazing the culture is here. It's an international company so you'll meet people from all different walks of life.

Cons
You'll have so many accounts so prospecting will be a struggle at first but once you find your rhythm that'll pass. About 90% of your meetings are from purely cold outreach. Also, we're currently in rapid growth mode so with that can come some change.
