Pros

Nice work community, great office in the center of the city, happy hours and activities for workers each week, regular global events around the world, stock options sharing, trust-based vacation policy

Cons

I didn't find them yet. Maybe just some bureaucracy things, every global question takes a long time to be solved

Pros

Very cool product Sound global mission Inclusion and diversity is strong (outside of sales) Market Leader

Cons

The US sales leadership team that was put in place by the new CRO last year is absolutely awful. The level of nepotism, misogyny, entitlement and bullying is unlike anything I’ve seen in my 15+ years of selling software. The attrition level since the new CRO and his cronies took over had been extensive throughout the sales organization with some people lasting just a matter of months.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this valuable feedback about our sales culture and leadership in the US. We take this input very seriously as we endeavor to create a company where all employees can thrive. We will continue to work with all of our leaders to ensure our employees are treated fairly and with respect. Additionally, we are making a significant investment of both time and money to ensure our new sales talent is onboarded in a way that will make them as successful as possible out of the gate. We believe that hiring in cohorts is the best way to build community and connection amongst our sales-focused employees. We look at all feedback as an opportunity to listen and improve. Our HR team is willing to engage should you want to discuss details of anything you have referenced in your post. - Carly Rabuco, HRBP

Pros

*Company mission and values on a global level *Overall, inclusive and diverse organization that is team focused globally *Product works pretty well and is liked by customers once they learn it *Decent benefits and options for US *Some solid US reps and people in the mid and front lines of the sales org *European leadership seems to be much stronger than the US

Cons

*Some of the Sr. Sales Leadership in North America were some of the most toxic, abusive and insecure sales leaders I've encountered in my lengthy and award-winning career. Think 1980's Wall Street/Boiler Room environment of fear and intimidation where Jack Welch is considered a hero. Some specifics: *The theme of the Sales Training was "The Hunger Games." Seriously. * Mid-level managers were so fearful, they would plead for reps to "get something on the board" so they would not be humiliated on leadership calls. * Personally experienced multiple screaming F Bombs from VP+ level sales leaders for not getting permission for pretty trivial things. Not my first rodeo. *The company is basically a big start up operationally in the US and there's a fair amount of typical growing pains and chaos which is more than you'd expect but getting better. *The best way to describe the overall vibe is frantic with a handful of good people trying to improve things. And that's ok in a better overall environment.
