The caliber of people is fantastic!

I have experienced and observed some concerning behavior re: culture, inclusivity and leadership approach. Seems that my colleagues are aware but are too afraid to call out, as am I. The whistleblower site is seen as a way to identify “troublemakers” and manage them out.

No one should feel unsafe speaking up. Please note that Whispli is an externally managed channel that supports fully anonymous reporting (if the reporter chooses). Its purpose is to provide safe, confidential options to surface issues early so they can be addressed, not to label anyone a “troublemaker.” Retaliation for raising concerns is not acceptable. We’re working to strengthen everyday feedback cultures through clear manager escalation paths and proactive listening, so most issues can be handled transparently within teams. The formal channels remain available for situations where anonymity or additional support is needed. If you’re comfortable, we encourage you to share specifics directly with your People Business Partner, in addition to using our feedback channels. Your perspective helps us improve how concerns are raised and addressed, and reinforces our commitment to an inclusive, respectful workplace.

Pros

Rebuilding teams across the company with better talent and better ways of working. Product and design leadership excellent with a clear vision. Great culture with nice, helpful people

Cons

Still some legacy people whose skillset and work ethic falls far short meaning the rest of us have to carry them.
