Pros

Interesting product and innovative in a lot of ways

Cons

-Lack of executive leadership in customer success, accountability, and clear direction -Experienced several re-orgs and instability remained -Other departments get special treatment despite inefficiency and lack of helpfulness -Customers feel the instability and tension between teams -Management was focused on growing the team instead of nurturing existing team members to set them up for success -Overworked from day 1 and zero regard for work-life balance -Little visibility into innovation/product and lack of internal partnership with other departments such as product management

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The details you have provided have been shared with our Customer Success leadership team and HRBP to ensure we can take the time to review and action your comments. Growth at pace can lead to gaps when plans accelerate. We have done our best to ensure that we focus on our customers as well as our teams as we scale. Adding our wellbeing allowance and hybrid WFH policy this year were key factors to ensuring better work life balance for our teams. If you would like to discuss in more detail, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Marisa Bryan - Global VP Talent.

Pros

Contentsquare is a challenging yet highly motivating adventure. The company is in good hands with a thoughtful senior leadership and dynamic teams. Good mix of more junior/more experienced to fuel the hyper-growth. Definitely a customer-obsessed company as well where the larger teams feel their impact on the end-users. Clear company objectives and KPIs.

Cons

As the company grows, more processes leading to longer decision times - which is normal. Some silos, but huge effort to break them down and scale to stay agile. More transparency on compensation & benefits needed.

Pros

- transparency (from the management during all hands, fireside chats with the CEO) - offices (WeWork, great locations, free food and drinks) - culture (embodied values, not startup BS; very international and open minded) - packages (C&B, wellbeing allowance)

Cons

- fast-growing company so sometimes a bit messy in terms of processes, need to improve information flow
