Pros

There are some talented and lovely people working in the London office. The core product is well-designed, although the wider product suite confuses customers.

Cons

A toxic workplace culture, a lack of empathy across Success and Sales, and gossipy managers. The Customer Success department is a mess, and I've seen a few new hires leave. CSMs often have to deal with arrogant and non-collaborative sales people which makes their lives difficult. Hardly any women on the sales team - the ones hired last year left shortly after joining because they were so unhappy. Sounds like from other reviews that there are no exit interviews. This is probably due to the fact that the London office is trying to hide all the problems in the UK office. It seems that the company's Paris headquarters are far removed from its UK office - very much a French company.

Pros

This is a great place to work! Lots going on as the North American region continues to be built out. Overall this company is on a great trajectory and I'm happy to be a part of it.

Cons

US team feels disjointed from the European and international teams. Benefits could be better (medical and yearly WFH stipends)

Pros

Exciting projects await, but only if you're fortunate enough to be placed in the right team. The reality is that your success at the company rests heavily on who you work with, rather than your own capabilities and merits

Cons

Company values are just lip service - they have no bearing on actual workplace culture. With a lack of flexibility and diversity, you'll never feel truly comfortable or secure. Don't even think about pursuing your own ideas or initiatives - just blend in and do as you're told. Despite their empty promises of concern for employee well-being, management only truly cares about those with personal connections to the higher-ups. It's a facade, a smokescreen to improve their image to the outside world, but the truth is that they don't truly care about their employees
