      its a job but watch out. Running a development project without a signed SOW is a major red flag for most businesses- but not here

      You have the option to work from home. Bonuses(Conditional)

      Cons

      New policies and procedures every times you turn around. They don't keep promises when they're made. Strict leave of absence policy ( have to request weeks in advance) . The micromanaging gets worse and worse. Also no raises or opportunities to move up even for the college educated. They arena concerned with one's life outside of the job, their main concern is the bottom-line.
