      Pros

      Can't think of much. Management is terrible, and the problem goes all the way to the top. I have yet to meet anyone who doesn't feel completely disrespected and dehumanized by the company. There are so many neglected employees leaving bad reviews that they went around and asked us to write positive reviews so that maybe we could hire new talent.

      Non competitive pay. Terrible benefits. Awful management.

      This is by far the most corrupt environment I've ever been in. Management is constantly boasting their gang affiliation, while making advances towards the female employees. Private and secure information is not properly protected, its no wonder why so many customers are having issues with their information being compromised and money stolen from debit cards. I believe the management plays a huge role in this corruption. I quit the very first day when I saw this. Was the best option I had. If you are a card holder serviced through conduent, you should raise huge concerns about your private and secure information. An investigation would be appropriate.

      Pros

      People are friendly. Private health insurance - capped, though.

      Cons

      Flexible working is banned. Nearly no benefits. London office is being shut down permanently. IT helpdesk is in India and the US, which basically means you need to spend hours on the phone to get anything done. And if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Salary is below market average. Company is moving away from technology to focus on BPO processes, which involves a few steps back in innovation and competitivity.
