      I have a good team

      We have a dirty, old office. I'm expected to do the work of management with no compensation (I didn't even get my hire on wages until 8 months after being hired so I was making temp wages although I wasn't a temp). Conduent only contributes to your 401k ONCE a year. The benefits are awful, we only have a single medical option available which has an almost $2000 deductible. And if you're hoping to ever get assistance from Human Resources? Well, Conduent really doesn't have any. You have to call their outsourced employee services in India.

      Pros

      Usually in call center environment the first thing you worry about is your AHT, to be honest that was the only good thing thing they didnt have AHT requirement in fact they recommended to talk to customers longer. Their was always floor walker to assist you but even they didnt know what they were doing half of the times cause they just got hired a couple of months ago.

      Cons

      They say they have a unique queue for training environment and production environment but nope the first live call in training you will be facing all sorts of calls. Basically taking calls on something you haven't even covered in training yet.

      Just a foot in the door

      Pros

      Good co-workers A foot in the door type of job, meaning its for you to start out on the phones to later go and find another job that treats and pays you better since you'll have to jump through burning hoops in space to get a raise or promotion, and even when you do, it is not much at all.

      Cons

      Training is terrible Management treats the employees like they a sheep and easily replaceable Management positions or higher positions feels like it requires to be friends with senior management. Terrible raise/cost of living pay increases I have literally been told not to expect earning raises for any reason, as the job was just "a foot in the door" by management.
