Pros

Training is easy, trainer was sweet & patient, at least 35-40 hours a week,

Cons

Mentors are horrible...they're rude, mean, & expect people to learn everything within 11 days. It started out as a class of 24 but once mentors stepped in and took over it went down to 12. The hiring process was a joke. You get a phone call to set up a skype interview, then you have another skype interview. Within the few weeks I had at least 9 different people message me from the company...it was a hot mess because I wasn't sure who was what for me and no one ever messages ppl back. I asked for mornings and was given a block of time (which I selected AM) and I was put on evenings.

Pros

You get a paycheck, it's no where near market value but you get one.

Cons

You can work as hard as possible, do everything right and get little or no notice for your hard work. Then if you are lucky to nab a promotion and get a large increase in salary you will be on the RIF list in an instant.

Pros

Work from home, which benefits those of us with health issues or other concerns Hours aren't terrible, some flexibility on occasion Certain programs are closed for the holidays

Cons

Extremely outdated equipment not up to par Promises about new/updated equipment constantly made, but not kept Monitoring reviews are done subjectively Tries to 'boost morale' with mininal effort Horrible communication (or lack thereof entirely) Favoritism When we were in office, you could never find a sup or team lead when you needed one WFH transition very rushed and inconsistent; if you weren't ready by whatever date they said (which kept changing anyway) you lost your job
