      Decent Pay. There is no other benefit to this company. Understand, I don't mean my job.. I do mean the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Everything! No work/life balance. Contractor/Full Time Employee hybrid environment issues. Racist Supervisors, careless HR department. Violates Best Practices and Compliance laws on several levels while handling public information for State and Federal projects. Can't keep and has no desire to find ways to keep valuable loyal employees. Supervisor is clueless and directly harasses the staff daily making Racial slurs and commentary.

      Camaraderie within local offices and engaging work. The mass exodus of colleagues provides opportunities for early advancement and exposure to various parts of the business.

      Cons

      Our fearless leader has made it clear that Conduent will not invest time, money, or energy in any part of the company he does not consider core to the business. The HRS Consulting business has become collateral damage in Conduent’s journey to become a digital interactions industry leader, ravaging employee morale and decimating its work force. A 100 year legacy and reputation has been reduced to nothing short of FUBAR.
