      Pros

      Since people are always leaving for better opportunities, there is a lot of job stability for the people who stay.

      Cons

      No raises or cost of living adjustments. It is the second week of February and the annual reviews for last year have not taken place yet.

      Nothing was good. It was all hell.

      Cons

      I worked there for almost 6 months and there was not a single day when I enjoyed my work. Monotonous work, no reward, no appriciation from anyone, you have to fight for even week offs, you can not even think of taking leaves its a big crime there. You have to work on Holidays as well and CO are just imaginary. HR and its policies are worst. Management is not at all approchable, they are not for employees. Even after resignation you have to fight for your FNF amount. Fake commitments, dirty politics, only listen and trust to one party (managers).
