I have been at this position for 3 years. Struggling to list some pros. Maybe training.

Cons

Change for sake of change appears to be the new mantra or maybe it is "there's a new sheriff in town" but whatever it is, people are NOT happy. New metrics one day, new methods the next day... every day it is a new "don't do this", "know that"... it is too much change too fast. People are looking for other jobs. Even supervisors.
