      Pros

      Satisfied with pay, but management often tells me it's not competitive.

      Cons

      Benefits being cut, surprising given high turnover statistics. Guess they don't highly value retention.

      Lots of changes but still dragging old issues

      Pros

      Work from home, great online library for self learning, some very capable managers (including mine)

      Cons

      Still using the old systems instead of using this opportunity to move to a newer, more slick time keeping software, US-centric - so time keeping, time off, travel etc doesn't work for non-US employees.
