Pros

You can work work from home, but I haven't been working here that long so I haven't been able to yet. Good people. Friendly management (closer to you).

Cons

Recently went through a spinoff and management keeps hinting that layoffs are coming. They've already laid several people off and people are getting incredibly anxious. Also, their PTO Plan, 401(k) Plan, Health Plan, and COLA compensation Plans are terrible.

Unorganized and Broken Promises, DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

Pros

I cannot think of one thing positive to say about this company or any department head I worked with. My co-workers were never an issue. I actually feel sorry for them having to stay with a company making close to min wage in some situations that call for a min of $16 per hour. That is coming from the Dept. of Labor statistics. Apple should take away their contract immediately. For those reading this: Apple was starting Advisors $16 with no exp a couple years ago when they ran their own phone support. This company is trying to start people out at 10.50 per hour with over 10+ years exp. They lie and say after training you will make at min $15. This isn't true so don't be fooled like me. When I said something to management they disregarded my concerns instead of looking into it. That shows me they knew what was going on.

Cons

This company will lose their contract with Apple if they don't take steps to correct the many issues going on. They are and will continue to lose excellent, educated, skillful workers until this happens. The turnover at Conduent is one of the highest I have seen in a self-acclaimed "fortune 500 company". The recruiters made so many promises of salary amounts and bonuses that are not happening. Not just for me but all of the employees that were in my training group (20+). From the smallest promises like free Apple products to boost moral to weekly/monthly contests to push us harder, but then almost never deliver the bonus cash. I only saw one time they paid out a $25 cash bonus. The metrics are almost impossible to be met when the tools given are crashing and then you're held accountable for their system crashing. This has happened dozens of times since Jan when they became their own company. They have positive/negative survey's going into the wrong employee accounts which is a big issue when you need those to make bonuses and more per hour. Supervisors are overworked and just don't have enough time to probably train their staff. They say "open door policy" but then when you do request assistance they never get back to you. The list goes on and on...
