      Pros

      Most people are very nice. If you like working at home, that is an option for many. I have learned a lot here. But since Conduent.....what a mess! Do NOT leave any reasonably good job to come here for a better opportunity. It is NOT (right now, anyway). I am sad to say all of this. ....I have been here many years.

      Cons

      Choas. A mess. Very stressful. Morale is terrible. Layoffs are constant - people left do not have the resources to complete their assignments. Productivity enhancements / processes / tools are in infancy stage (much less been tested) -but they have cut staff in advance of these launches anyway. This is not fair to the "lucky" people who still have jobs here. At least one crisis a day is normal.

      Pros

      Virtual - work from home or any location Good people and wonderful teammates Great clients - the people I supported were fantastic

      Cons

      Always cutting back on employees through regularly scheduled Reductions in Force. And since it's for cost-cutting measures, the higher paid and more experienced people are prime targets. One pay raise in 5 years despite having extremely high Performance Management ratings and very satisfied clients.
