      Great co-workers, work from home

      NO salary increases in years, no bonuses, no reward for doing a good job, team members leave and work gets offshored to India instead of hiring in the US

      Pros

      Multicultural work place full of different people.

      Cons

      Managements acts to worker agents is bad. I had CSAT over 90 and my other scores were around 100 even though they fired me because of i was working there via agency and not only me they fired many agents because of same reason just because it is easy to get rid of agency workers. There are no salary rise and very low career improvement chance.

      Pros

      Nothing that I can think of. I was there because the previous company sold the business to Xerox then Xerox seeing it was a bad business to be in got rid of the outsourcing business an Conduent is now the new company that was formed.

      Cons

      Management cannot wait to layoff people and ship the jobs to some third world country in order for them to get their quarterly bonuses. Had no salary increase in 5 years, constant layoffs and furloughs.
