      Pros

      Extensive training to understand the entire Apple IOS, AppleCare, etc. Very valuable training.

      Cons

      Literally waited in a line for every part of the hiring process. So many trips to the center to interview, paperwork, background, etc. I think I ended up with six trips to the facility in Yukon before I even started training. Went through a huge training to understand the entire Apple IOS, AppleCare, etc. Very valuable training but only half of the trainees made it through to the end and they had four other groups like mine going at the same time. I don’t even know if anyone really knew who I was or would have recognized my face. Just a human machine. Pay was so-so. Not enough to make it worth it. The stress was insane.

      + CASUAL DRESS CODE Great if you are looking for an extreme micro managed environment with no forward thinking, no cost of living increases, no meaningful raises, no permanent WFH or REMOTE positions. Completely terrible HSA health insurance, no company match on 401k, no employer paid STD LTD or other real meaningful benefits.
