      Pay is decent compared to similar jobs.

      Too many Best bet talk to someone that works there offline so they can describe in detail their personal Hell. See if you can come in the break room some time to meet for lunch. There actually is a cute cafe. But it will be extremely eye opening. They should have bring your friend to lunch day. But I would only do that if I though my friend needed appetite suppression.
