      Peers and staff are engaged great to work with

      Cons

      Company touts strong financials but this is due to radical cost cutting, RIFs, and unattainable goal setting. Cancelled 401(k) match, fired Group Executive. No one is safe. Company talks “culture” and Yammer but reality is that leadership has become irrational (which of course they would deny) to meet Wall Street numbers

      It's a job and you receive a paycheck.

      Cons

      Once Conduent took over Xerox they took everyone's incentive away. So they cut our pay by $2. There's no pay raises, there's no incentive, and there's no paid time off! They constantly keep adding more work to your 'job description' with out increases your pay. Totally lack of communication between departments, managers, and supervisors! I would NEVER recommend anyone to work here!

      Stay away from this 3rd class company.

      Cons

      They have a use and throw policy. They make false promises. Management is pathetic. Only people who butter the managers get promoted. And they hire all type of villagers. English is rarely spoken in the company.
