Pros

Pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

Very high-stress environment. Only interaction with management was when things went wrong. The main metric they gauge performance on is random customer satisfaction scores. If the customer called in asking for the moon, and you couldn't give them the moon, and the gave you a negative score because of it, it counted against you.

Pros

None all bad supervisors managers and leads at Call Center all bad. Terrible company to work for. Avoid at all costs

Cons

No pay raises No cost of living increases No tuition reimbursement No 401 K match No employer contributions to 401k No XMAS GIFTS NO XMAS Bonus NO scholarships Modern day slavery No career development Stuck in dead end job Inflation exists but William Skelton the CEO is an unethical dirtbag that generates millions of dollars while taking advantage of poor employees. Tries to silence employees and prevent from discussing compensation. Make sure you know how much you and everyone else is Full transparency!! Why hide salary in violation of state transparency law. When employees take on details or short term roles the should receive the same higher pay of the position.

Pros

It's work from home, and it's work from home.

Cons

Low pay, starting at $15/hr, then switched to "piece rate," with the promise that we would make much more money. In the job interview, my former manager told me they had agents making close to $30 per hour. All lies, pretty much impossible to hit metrics to make a decent wage. I was told there would be hardly any overtime, but I had overtime every shift. Complaining to management is a waste of time; they don't care as long as you do the work. Finally, I had had enough of the low pay and long hours; it was just a way to bring in a little money while I completed my degree. I feel sorry for all the other people who were suckered into working for this company because they were promised they would make lots of money. This company is shady; they've re-listed the same job with lower pay, and now it's $14/hr. Oh, and the benefits department is outsourced. Would call to ask questions about health insurance, and the agent in India had no idea what I was talking about. Good riddance!
