      Pros

      No pressure, a lot of flexibility. Salary levels (can increase every 6 months, than every year)

      Cons

      The work environment is a bit poor, nothing is free, there's no cafeteria... The role is kind of boring after 2 or 3 years

      - Lack of investment on tools and user trainings leading to inevitable self-learning which can also be good in the end! - Low salaries compared to the market and to local competitors
