      -They can't keep staff so its hard to get fired -Flexible hours

      Cons

      - terrible work conditions i,e no air con, flies - can't keep staff (this is put down to it being too busy but its likely due to work conditions, no value of employees wellbeing) - cleanliness issues, despite operating stores in hospitals they are extreme cleanliness issues -poor equipment which adds to frustration - so many areas for improvement but nothing ever happens

      Pros

      Company definitely tries to look out for its employees, it's a reliable paycheck and is building a great project in the form of capital one cafes(verve supplies them with great products and they have so much potential as a team)

      Cons

      The current manager has no idea of how to run a business and is being protected by the team above her even though it is widely known by staff and the capital one team that she is incompetent and mentally abusive.
