Pros

Relatively good pay. Good benefits.

Cons

Clear incentive/agenda to mandate full return to office (Technology to track location, office presence, etc). Lots of bureaucracy and politics to deal with. You'll be in meetings a lot to hear things that won't be relevant or actionable to you. Leadership loves (all-hands) mobilizing teams in meetings to track engagement. Temperamentally inconsistent leaders that sometimes hinder the autonomy and agency of their reports.

Pros

The people I worked with were lovely.

Cons

My salary was incorrect in 2 months. Cannot contact payroll by phone, only managers contact them and it is only by email, and they take ages to get back to you. No opportunities to grow.
