They say no weekends, not true. They say 40 hours, more like 60. Highly unskilled labor training is nonexistent Expected to produce high quality food on sysco budget

Pros

Some good benefits if you can put up with all of the drama.

Cons

Culture of incompetence and corruption throughout the business. Bullying and racism is rife, senior management team are all white and turn a blind eye to racism. Poor Pay, front line staff not paid the living wage and use of zero hours contracts is revolting for company that makes billions. Negative work environment and constantly lie to staff and clients. Poorly trained and equipped staff. Breach healthy and safety rules on a regular basis
