work life balance is an advantage along with the culture of promoting from within but we should send our operational key performers specially skilled personnel to learn new trends in similar or different business ,so that we are trendsetters in our business

I am only as good as who I know and how I sell myself ,not on results I deliver based on challenges faced . Top management need to invest time in strategy development strategy deployment strategy execution at unit level based on the challenges of individual units Eye for detail in managers for competency and efficiency in job, lead by example attitude why why analysis by management why some initatives are success and what and who made it possible so that same or similar success stories can be written across organisation
