Pros
A lot of opportunities to do the NVQ's to gain relevant qualifications and work way up the ladder. being in a small unit the workforce is pleasant and effective. Everyone gets on really well which increases productivity. Manager tries her best to accommodate to everyones individual needs
Cons
Working in a small unit not as many opportunities to further your career. Hard work is rarely recognised. Not seen any of the benefits, bonuses, incentives that were talked up when I started the job just under 5 years ago. Had a few issues with wages in the past such as being overpaid then getting too much taken off me and then not getting it all back.
