Pros

Compass group cares about their employees and hiring within before they seeking/or post outside the company. They are very results oriented and their number one priority is to ensure their clients are fully satisfied.

Cons

The pay is not up to par with other competitors and takes quite sometime to get a raise. In some positions you are able To earn quarterly bonuses, but never expect the full amount.

Pros

One location - particular low daily fee for staff food. Other location, you were discounted @ 50% for overpriced food so , making minimum wage, it sucked still.

Cons

Exhausting job handling hot food all day long

Location, atmosphere, clients, i met some friends in other departments.

Cons

Underpaid, overworked, short of staff, management don't care about our working conditions, staff not motivated.
