Pros

Compass group cares about their employees and hiring within before they seeking/or post outside the company. They are very results oriented and their number one priority is to ensure their clients are fully satisfied.

Cons

The pay is not up to par with other competitors and takes quite sometime to get a raise. In some positions you are able To earn quarterly bonuses, but never expect the full amount.

Pros

Secure work and opportunity to move locations. Good Benefits but they are costly Worked with some good hourly associates and good peers.

Cons

Upper Management does not care about anything but the bottom line. People are not treated fairly. They don't pay decent wages to the hourly staff and cut back on hours. Hard to maintain a motivated staff. Benefits are costly and wage increases are low if you receive any.
