      Pros

      Worked for them for over 5 years & had no problems with the pay & the managers seemed to leave you alone most of the time, so wasn't a bad company to work for.

      Cons

      Got sacked over a joke email. No written or verbal warnings, just sacked for gross misconduct, for sending out a joke email, which no one could believe they would do.

      Your the owner of your territory and have freedom to succeed. Top contract company in the space which is an upside in the sales process. Opportunity to move to different sectors or locations across the country.

      Cons

      Base salary is low for many positions especially ones where you must travel on a regular basis.
