I had the opportunity to grow and learn and to travel a lot. It has been great to meet so many people all over the world that are so passionate about food.

Interesting role, wide and varied business challenges, dependant on role this can give you a good mix of B2B and B2C experience at global and international level. In the main employs really motivated and keen individuals with real desire to add value to their clients

Cons

At heart company is very sales and operations led, means Marketing can be a bit cinderella and needs to be championed. Also huge organisaiton so high numbers of influential stakeholder. Can make getting radical initiatives through and feels at times like herding cats. UT really really good for developing influencing skills
