Pros
You can learn a lot because it's either swim or sink in this place. Some really good work mates. Work life balance is good. I can't think of anything else.
Cons
Hierarchy left lower level staff unheard and unrecognized. Quality of your life is purely based on you direct manager. But unfortunately, many managers are not professionally qualified so they are unable to support you. They are managers just because they have been with the company all their lives. I got threatened to stay on for the full notice period or loss my leave entitlements when I handed in my resignation. No one even asked me why I decided to leave nor thanking me for my previous service. It's just sad.
