Work life balance is superior to any other organization, pay is highly competitive, upward mobility and lots of room to grow/advance, i.e. ability to move up and pursue long term goals, technologically savvy systems, excellent training and on-boarding, etc. Overall, in comparison to other organizations, Compass is at the forefront

Excellent manager benefits. Great teams. People focused. Excellent training schemes

Cons

Too intrested in the bottom line. Not willing to resolve issues to the full, just but a plaster on until the next time. Full of great people who are dedicated to their work but struggling to keep the people who truly make a difference. They struggle to keep up with benchmarked salaries loosing great people to competitors. Looking forward to see if they can stop pulling the purse strings and keep ahead of the competition.
