      The staff I worked with for the most part was good hard working people.

      Cons

      Management never follows up or thru with complaints, lack of communication with management, pay raises went down or increased but with more deductions. This is my 1st experience with a union and never again, new people start out making same money no matter what their job duties or experience. If you don't follow up with your manager things don't get done!!!
