      You can learn what you don't want in your next job

      There's high turnover. The company doesn't really care about the employees that work in the kitchens and the pay them really low salaries.

      Pros

      Great benefits. 6% match on 401K. The discount marketplace is great also. Very eco friendly and green company. Solid management staff. All leaders not bosses.

      Cons

      Low hourly rates for associates but decent salaries. High turnover for BOH kitchen staff. Can go months without an exec chef bc the hiring process takes a while.

      Located in central London...AMAZING! It was encouraging to also get to put our hands in a variety of sectors all within such a short time frame.

      Cons

      Not enough planning ahead by my location. Other than that...it was an incredible experience.
