      Pros

      Compass is a great company with a lot of visions and good policies. Compass has great online training programs.

      Cons

      Top management is cruel. They are always going through a lot of changes in management. The big bosses don't do their job but when a problem comes they will terminate the lower management without cause. My GM probably met me three times a year. Whenever I wanted to talk to him he will push me away saying he is too busy. I was asked to help by company in other sites which I did and so many times. I am really sad and angry..

      Great company with great benefits and alot of growth potential within the organization especially within the United States

      Cons

      Very large company and sometimes can be very bureaucratic. A lot of the locations are unionized which can work against you when looking for growth opportunities

      Free coffee, but that it about all

      Cons

      Bullied by Management. Asked to do things that were against HSE policies and reprimanded when I refused to break policy code. Sworn at constantly and remarks made about my sexuality and size. Called in constantly at short notice or told that I had to work on. Understaffed, not enough training. Management had no integrity and would talk about other team members behind their back.
