Good company, but hard to move up

Pros

Insurance and paid vacation days No weekends [usually] Interact with same customers every day, build a relationship with them. Lots of great employees Easy to request days off I've had a lot of fun at work most days with my co-workers and customers

Cons

Really hard to move up or get your foot in the door. A lot of who you know gets you farther than what you know. They have a lot of focus on hiring within the company and just moving people to different accounts. If you are good at your job you are expected to cross train and do other people's jobs too without any hope of extra pay or promotion usually. Some accounts let you get some over time during busy periods.
