Lots of benefits, including flexibility on tasks and scheduling.

The evenig commute...oh well. Redmond area is becoming so crowded.

Having the ability to work early hours. The facility is well kept. There are a decent amount of various benefits offered.

Cons

Ineffective training for employees and managers alike. People skills as well as knife safety skills should be paramount to the leaders' priorities.
