Worst HR policies

Pros

Gives chance to freshers, without any experience.

Cons

Unachievable KPI, Redundancy without any explanation, entire experience with them was the worst so far. Talk about HR policies, worst so far. I have never seen multinationals handling redundancies that badly.

+BENEFITS! BENEFITS! BENEFITS! +Training +Opportunity to meet & communicate with Senior Leadership

Cons

-Stuck in a management position for 18 months before being allowed to transfer -They hire a lot of "new" or "no" -experienced individuals to fill spaces -50 hour minimum work week (could be just my account/sector though)
