Pros

I am offered benefits, a paycheck every 2 weeks and paid time off. They do have training and education courses available for qualified associates.

Cons

Low salary, limited perks- no perk/ holiday pay for working holidays/ work life balance poor, generic benefits. How the company had their account set up needs to be looked at more closely. RDOs only r seen if ur account is under water, upper management has a poor way of communicating with accounts, needs to be more structured.

Pros

To meet the glassdoor requirement. I have none.

Cons

They have ridiculous daily task list that doesn't take into account questions or problems from the field. It's structured to the point that there is no time for new innovations.
