Pros

There are many locations, positions, accounts & opportunities within the company . You can basically switch jobs without losing PTO or sick hours/ benefits you've accrued.

Cons

You are a contractor. Depending on the location/account, the work environment can be difficult. You might work at a location where they're very open with contractors & they'll share their resources/ amenities with you. Other locations, you're a contractor & they won't let you forget it. Another con, the pay. It's hard not to compare salaries with those that work for your client. Being a contractor- you're very limited in this way. Also, the client can remove you from the account if they just don't like you. You might be put on another account, you might not.
