Pros
They are everywhere! rather than fire you cause a certain account may close, they'll just send you somewhere else reasonable to you. Lot of great benefits, including they're own marketplace which allows you to pay for bigger or smaller items directly from your paycheck with no interest. Most accounts are M-F, 1st shift type jobs. Competitive pay.
Cons
They don't make it easy to go to a different account. In my experience, GM's take no personal responsibility for things they may have caused and put any of that extra stress/work from their problem onto the rest of the staff.
