salary will be high when there is requirement when there is no requirement no proper pay and cost cutting it depends upon project

Cons

when there is no project layoff without any prior notice company will fire without notice period and without salary managers and HR's will not respond dont join because of salary it was pure consulting

-1 rating.No reason to work there they don't care about your career and there is no meaning of permanent Employee if client fire you the will not hold you a single day. the will fire you at same day and they not do for you anything better to join collabera join a startup or a small consultancy don't join this company if you want you job security and they not paying salary on time don't join this company

they are hold my salary jan 2017 to (24-Apri 2017) till now they did not given my salary, even they are not confirm when they will release salary. when I ask they will sad next week but they will not release salary on next week. they don't follow any rule they can make a rule your any time,They will make you fool like that please don't join this company.
