Worst Company | Not a software Company but a staffing shop

Nothing to mention. Only thing you get salary on 1st EOD

Cons

1. No Collabera email assigned to employees, and HR team are just clerks who neither reply emails, nor attend phone calls. 2. No escalation matrix, very slow company, struck in 50 year old mindset that their business of staffing is for forever. 3. No proper leave policy, very few leaves, leave policy is defined by client you are deployed 4. Pay is very less compared to employees of client where you are deployed. 5. No medical insurance for family, for self it is very minimal amount 6. Basically, it is not a company but a shop where there is no proper policy and EVRYTHING IS AD-HOC

Pros

For me, I would say the best thing about working here is the environment and my coworkers. I enjoy seeing my coworkers and managers daily and the environment is still incentivized for workers to be productive, successful and grow.

Cons

The section I am working in is new to Collabera so management seems to be working through some things.
