      Fraud & Fake Promises. No humanity. Bloody Cheaters sitting at Bangalore's office !

      Pros

      There is no pros with the company. Only, if you get a good set of people, you will survive the pressure. Otherwise you are dead.

      Cons

      I'll have to write a whole lot of big list: 1. Lack of transparency for salary. 2. Managers are biased. 3. Managers give your incentives to people whom they like. 4. Once, you are out of company, you & your problems are dead to them. 5. They'll play all sort of senseless pranks to make their work. 6. No sense of etiquette. They' ll treat you as their servant. 7. They'll pass taunts & comments on you, if you are not going by their book. 8. They think, as if world is on their feet. They are not aware, that they are on the feet of world. 9. For recruiters, no growth. They'll make you work like animals, & that too when they do not have any business. 10. Think, employees are foolish & will listen to whatever non-sense they are telling. 11. They expect you to work from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (& I am talking LITERALLY) 12. NO organisational culture is there.

      Do not go to collabera, They care only about clients not employees

      Pros

      Better earning opportunity, MNC exposure, Professionalism, Prestigious Brand name, Deal with elite clients, Best for orphan or those who have no family or friends out side collabera

      Cons

      toughest work environment, management is not employee focused, don't approve leaves easily, they care about client only, large company so Immense competition, they pay for 9 hours a day but make u sit at least 12 hours a day, weekly they make you work approx75-80 hours and pay for 65 hours,

      A lot to Learn

      Pros

      Very hands on corporate management interaction. Super flexible, so flexible you can interview for a new job on their clock. (Yes, I Have witnessed an employee doing this).

      Cons

      Poor training and they pay way lower than their competitors and ask you to do more than one person should do. Favoritism with the male employees. Will not handle employee internal issues properly.
