Pros

None (if the foll. cons are compromisable to you and salary is your only concern, then yes - salary)

Cons

It's one of those staffing companies which does not have bench concept and it falsely assures of redeployment to other clients only to ruthlessly terminate its employee's services without notice - False job description before employment - No career support during employment at client place - Immediate termination of employment without notice - Clear declination of agreement to payment in lieu of notice - Highly unprofessional in post employment matters

Pros

I found out that there is nothing good about them after joining. Had to leave even without finding a new job.

Cons

The upper management sucks. They are only concerned with numbers and reports. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Very heavy politics - there is a constant internal struggle within the management that they will throw you under the running train just to save their face. You will be set-up for failure right from day one. It's just work & work for them. You are EXPECTED to work at nights after leaving the office, you are EXPECTED to work weekends. Basically they just want you to work 24/7. They offer HORRIBLE benefits and their contribution is peanuts. Simple advise - stay away.

Pros

Direct Deposit shows up regularly.

Cons

I was apart of the JUMP program and they get you to sign a 2 year contract, making 50K/yr, and you must go with first company that offers you a job even if in San Francisco. You will not have a good life there making 50k/yr. The training was 12-weeks and very fast paced, to be honest it wasn’t worry the 20K that you have to pay in order to get out of the contract. A friend in my class, who was the best coder in my class, got out of the contract because he found a job on his own and Collabera end up not find him a job. He had to pay like $800/month. They don’t even work with you on the payments. They target young college students to make a lot of money off for those two years. If you are a college student looking at this, DO NOT DO this program, keep going through interviews and increasing your skill sets with courses. Eventually you will land a job that will pay you twice as much as Collabera will pay you. Collabera will take advantage of you for real. Their Communication SUCKS.
