Pros

- Fun happy hours/after work activities - Some of the people you work with can be very fun and energetic (can also be overly competitive and exhausting). - You are working with people your same age (21-24).

Cons

- NO work life balance (Arrive at 8, expected to stay until 6PM and eat lunch at desk) - Extreme competitiveness that creates a very hostile and toxic environment. - Based entirely on numbers. You are just a number when it comes to Collabera, and if your numbers are 100% (despite your quality of candidates you are recruiting) you are not considered for promotion and are put on the spot and shamed during weekly "numbers meetings." - Extremely passive-aggressive management style. Constant gossip between managers, "he said/she said," false rumors, and extreme pettiness. - There is no loyalty between co-workers, managers, or even client relationships (constantly reprimanded by clientele for overstepping boundaries). - Co-workers/mangers will backstab you in order to advance themselves. - Extreme favoritism in the office. - Many issues with payroll and being paid on time. - Terrible benefits. - VERY high turnover rate. - No real training (even though they hire from any background). - Very cliquey, frat-like environment filled with superficiality. - People at the highest levels, including recruiters identify candidates by the way they look and how fun they appear to be. -If you do not meet their ludicrous expectations, you are put down and made fun of. -Excelling in the role is essentially a popularity contest.

Pros

Worst company ever worked for

Cons

I' m working for this company from a long time. Double check about their commitments before joining. They will give you a false commitments and don't respond to your emails either. Beware of this company. I have never seen this kind of unprofessional people. Negative rating should be given.

Pros

Higher salary than market. Mostly as there is a high element of risk(job uncertainty), so you can bargain with them for a very good hike.

Cons

Project uncertainty: My project got ended even before it started. One night I receive a mail informing me that project has been terminated and experience letter will soon be issued, to return laptop and not to contact the manager any further. Without even before understanding I was jobless overnight. All conditions about notice period is all fake, they never follow. They don't even pay a single penny if the client doesn't.And no scope of re hiring or different project. Not to mention bench. They don't even know what is it. Pathetic support staff: Right from HR to finance everyone I encountered was rude, didn't care about employees. Worst they were always super busy. Mostly all call center agents who can only talk in accent and knows nothing about the job. No co ordination between employees and team: None of their staff knows themself properly. For one thing 4different people will call, without even realizing someone has already done it. The tele caller's (they operate nothing more than like sales agents) are only interested in closing the candidates. The HR team was really horrible. They have some ERs but its better not to have such jokers who are so rude and never ever listen to employees.
