      a terrible contract house

      they never check in on you or care how you are doing unless you screw up then they will put their foot down

      Cons

      after a year and a half of work called to ask some questions and they immediately said ‘ no increase in hourly rate which was $10 an hour. i will do everything in my power to convince everyone i know not to work for this pathetic excuse for a contract house. shame on you and hope this place gets shut down

      Worst Company and makes use of employee just to get profit

      No Pros. When I joined this company, HR said we have many clients as well as we have our own software products. In case if client fires you, we will try to put you in our own projects or we will put you in different client. I was permanent employee of Collabera for 5 years but working for their client in Bangalore. Along with me many employees from Collabera were working at same client place. One day client decided to fire contract employees and send back to their parent company collabera. Collabera told us to resign and even if you don't resign, next month is the end working date at client place as and at Collabera. So as long as you are working at client place, collabera is making profit and once client don't need you then Collabera will through you out without considering your financial problems or family dependency on you.

      Cons

      1. If client fires you, then it means you are out of Collabera also. so my suggestion is if you don't have any other option then join but try to find good job ASAP. 2. No salary hike 3. They don't give their company id card if you are working for client 4. Very bad HR team. There is no single HR to contact for our concerns. They make you to contact different HR's frequently. 5. No travel allowances or No any other benfits.

      Never recommend to anyone

      Pros

      They offer nice package(not exceptional) No other pros to write 20 works about it

      Cons

      They have just 20 leaves in all and as per the company policy, it's mandatory to take block leave for 10 working days which will be deducted from leave balance So in all, just 10 leaves a year Every now and then you get calls regarding delaying your salary. You have to give them what they demand else they just put your salary on hold Offer letter mentions nothing about such rules and regulations. All it has is your compensation plan Before joining they will ask you to submit your marksheet for their background verification and you are told to get it back after joining. You really need to do follow-ups with them for months then you get your marksheet. I'm just waiting for an opportunity to switch from here
