Pros

None as I did not get chance to serve for that much time.

Cons

Worst HR practices. I was placed at a client location as soon as I was hired and was asked for immediate joining. However, the project did not go on after 3 months of my working there. The next thing I get is letter of notice period of one month and that It was like a contract that if I am not billable I am on notice period. No such clause was there in my appointment letter when I joined and I was given a lot of promises. That said the upper management in HR is a disgrace to the company and handled my case like a fresher HR would handle and had no clue of what HR practices they were following.

Pros

I have no clue about their placement services as I brought the opportunity to them so I would have an agency to work though. They pretty much leave you alone except for an occasional check in.

Cons

Poor language skills of staff. No direct deposit of expense reimbursement. Bad insurance. (You pay full cost too) No 401k match

Pros

If you are over 50, take H1B pay and get a job. They are persistent in trying to get their former consultants more work. You can get medical insurance if you ask for it.

Cons

The pay is low for any kind of engineer. Any benefits like medical insurance you pay the full price for out of your base pay. Consultants are not employees and hence are not invited to the customer (actual employer) Fourth of July party. This is not the fault of the company but rather of being a consultant. I was not allowed to telecommute by the customer due to the not trusted status of consultants which slowed down my work and forced extra 50 mile round-trips to the work site. I also got the impression that some vital technical information was being withheld presumably also due to the trust issue and that also impeded my work.
