Pros

The office was energetic and had good people.

Cons

- company trying to hard to be insight global. It’s borderline obsessive. - lack innovation they pluck out ideas from this same company and pass it off as their own. -turnover is unbelievably high, near 60% - owners lack any understanding of cohesive culture.

Pros

Time sheet approvals and in time pay.

Cons

Worst immigration and HR Team. Bad health insurance and 401k policies. Never reply to emails and phone calls including the higher management. Just a staffing company which is totally dependent on clients, you will be sacked the next moment if you don't have a client. Immigration lead and team is totally unskilled and unprofessional. Employee is entertained only until he earns from their clients. Don't process GC on time and current working for 3 plus years. No bonus or increments.

Pros

This company will post you at client location to work.

Cons

we were given offer letter(7 employees) as permanent employee and got confirmation letter after six months as per company policy, but 20 days after confirmation letter, client project(Optum Gurgaon) was ramp down on 29th March 2019. On same day HR dropped us email asking to share our updated resume so that company can look for other project, also they mentioned that in case we are unable to find new project for you consider today is your last day in Collabera and look for other job in market. We were stunned to see this email. without asking anything, they had sent the relieving letter stating last day in organization is 29th March, 2019. However as per offer letter, they have mentioned that in case of employment termination there will be one month notice period from both side and 1 month salary will be recovered in case of violation of clause. Event after multiple followup they didn't hear anything, at last we all lost our hope and left chasing them.
