Nice coworkers and we would all get along fairly well. It was a small setting of employees. But more cons than pros

Cons

No work life balance They want you working at all hours of the day Disorganized setting and lots of big heads The ratings of this company stand true to who they are

Reimbursement, language barrier, they dont care, they dont communicate, they are incompetent, horrible people skills.

Do your research before signing a RTR with Collabera

Great interaction with company. Your HR contact will keep you in the loop on the selection process.

Cons

They will low-ball you on the contract. I was offered one rate and signed the RTR. After I was offered the job, I was told the pay would be $1 an hour less. I stood my ground and got my original rate. But be aware, the rate I was offered was $9 an hour less than another company was offering contractors for the same position at the same time. This was my first time contacting. Now I know to call around and do my research before accepting any RTR from any recruiter.
